We've been away on holiday and had a friend coming and feeding the cat every day whilst away. On returning from our holidays we found our cat to be skinny and foaming at the mouth. We've taken the cat to the vets and they said it down to stress and he's been gridding his teeth coursing his gums to bleed. they given him some antibiotics and told me to get some weight on him as he only weights 2.5 kg. Hes never been a big cat, but I've tried everything to get him to eat, chicken, soup, rusks. The only thing he will take is prawns but this can't be good for him, do you have any suggestion of what else I can try, he's goes back to the vets on Thursday to see if hes put any weight on.
