Ok not sure I would say a snob.
Pet Peeves:
smokers (those who smoke with children in the car, or in the house, or around me)
People who do not spay or neuter their pets.
People who let their children watch R rated movie and M rated games when they are only 5,6,7 years old.......
OH big one I can't stand it when someone drives under the speed limit. Come on every one knows you can go 5 over with out getting pulled over. And if you aren't going to do that at least go the posted speed. Not 10 to 15 under. Yeah I got stuck behind someone this morning on my way to work.

No Child Left behind laws. I feel students are learning less now with those laws than they did before the laws.

I have a ton of others but I'll stop now.
