My plated lives with three mali uros. And yes, they are all happy and get along fine. There was a Tokay in the mix too but he passed away about a month ago and was over 20 years old.

Makes me wonder how long this plated lizard could live to be? I am certain he has out lived his wild counterparts.

An interesting side note. I have a lot of bats that live in the siding of my house. They often drop their young which look like winged pinkies. Once dropped the mothers will not recover them. Seems like a waste to leave them to die from starvation, the plated lizard dispatches them instantly.
