Sounds like he is acclimating well. He may not eat alot or all fruits & vegs offered, his Spring/Summer he may eat a bit more of it. Mine always ate more fruits in Spring/Summer, a few ate none at all. Have you thought about also offering Waxworms, Superworms limited to once a week(only crush their heads with pliers to destroy mandiles which may cause problems to him or cage later), he may even eat canned Iams chicken/Lamb/Beef or Purina Pedigree Adult chicken/Beef with small amounts of mixed vegs. Try cut up Boiled egg too.
They will come out at night especially if you are up he will want to see what is going on. The more he gets used to family enviornment the more he will be inquisitive. This will help the taming process later on.
