Hearing what you have done is like breath of fresh air. For years I have been living in this camp that believes if a wild snake was capable of finding a lot of food and it grew to a size that would allow it to give birth who would be there to stop it. Nature would have its way.
I bred colubrids for about 15 years. I was told by some of the most expereinced breeders in the country that you couldn't double clutch Arizona Montain Kings. Lucky for me my snakes didn't understand English. I double clutched them for years with no ill effects.
