So glad you took the pic--reality is bizarre at times! I'll have to file this under "Novel Ways to Capture an Escaped Kingsnake".(lol)

There must be a reason in the Universe that you recaptured both-perhaps one will throw the "morph of the century", that is. . .if the racer isn't too brain damaged from lack of oxygen to get mating right.

This is the second bizarre instance in 24 hours to come to my attention. Last night my husband was poking around under a rack in the herp room and announced, "I found your spider!". I had lost a pink-kneed T six months ago and here she was--well hydrated, plump, 3x's larger than at time of escape--and recently deceased! Bizarre--blame it on the phase of the moon!
