I would separate them. It's unlikely that new born hatchlings would eat each other, but not unheard of. The biggest thing I would keep them in is Rubbermaid or Sterilite shoeboxes. Some folks use large deli cups for hatchlings. You can use paper towels for substrate. I give them a hide and a small water dish.
