I do like the 25 increments, like you said easy to remember. One tiny tweak to clarify though, can't have the same number as the top of one range and the bottom of the next, so...
>>Small - 2 to 24
>>Medium - 25 to 49
>>Large - 50 to 74
>>X-Large (aka BIG) - 75 to 99
>>XX-Large (aka HUGH) - 100 or more
