I know I've asked this question about fifteen times, but how do I get my Cal king to eat? He's still very active and seems to be hydrated, but he refuses to eat the mice. I normally feed frozen mice that I thaw in warm water. For the past eight weeks he has been uninterested in the mice. He will smell of them and then move on. I'm afraid to try live mice because my snake doesn't constrict the frozen mice, and when I move the dead mouse around his feeding container it scares him. When should I try to force feed him?
