I'd say it's along the lines of a paradox albino. A high white albino won't have dark pigmentation on it's head like that. Matter fact, any albino SHOULDN'T have dark pigment like that. Could be like UK-Hybrids says, and be a possible piebald? Very beautiful and interesting trait!!!
