what you have there is just a nice bannana cal king.



A high white will turn out white and yours will have lots of yellow. So its not a high White. Lots of confusion here on what is a "high white".



A high white is a desert phase cal king.Since your male breeders are a typical yellow coatsal and your female is a desert phase , your snake will have lots of yellow as time progreeses and it sheds and matures will start to get more melanin and turn yellow.



It takes sveral generations to breed out the yellow from cal kings. Since a real wild form "high white' cal king never existed breeders took the bannana cal king (newport phase/SD stripers ect) and bred them to the desert phase (Clark Co Nevada locales and Joshua Tree locales) and that started the path to a high white.... they had to do a lot of back breeding to the desert by picking the lightest one from the clutch and breeding it back into the desert phase. That created the 50/50 cal kings. Eventually the 50/50 turned into 25%/75% and finally a white snake with small amount of black on the neck. A High White is (I think) still priced at around $250 each for babies.



You snake is pre-shed and after subsequent sheds it will turn into a 87%-97% bannana cal king. You will see the yellows appear and the darker lines behind his neck and other places will be excentuated.
