I got a call from the herp guy at the local pet shop about a female desert king from Mustang Island so I had to go get her. I know most people around my neck of the beach don't know that it can be a slow process to get an adult snake and lizard eater to accept domestic mice, so I took her on. She is skinny and she looks alittle dehydrated but all in all, she should come around. I just happen to have several fresh dark brown hoppers to get her a good startup meal. These aren't your classic animals, but I like 'em! Hope you do too. They are different, anyway, and I see a few hypo melanistics around here as well. | ||
