You need to take it to a vet and have it cured(easy if caught early enough)



From your discription, its a cold(Upper respitory infection) If allowed to linger, it could become a full blown respitory infection(sounds like wrinkling wax paper)



Then fix your husbandry to prevent this, its easy to do. Cheers
