Dade County ANTI-Brooks WC 2007

A friend of mine found this king on a canal in western Dade County. This particular canal was supposed to have nice looking kings with very deep yellow coloration. His reaction to seeing this was "you've got to be kidding me..."



He had no hesitation giving me this snake... he probably would have been content with throwing it into the canal.



This snake is so dark and colorless it almost looks axanthic.
