Questions on baby with big belly

well....i got my litter on 7/20 , just a couple of babies with very big belly , they do not have the first shed yet , and the belly seems not reduced . if the belly is still big after shed , when should i feed him then ? when will the belly return to normal ? and what makes that happen ?
