The big bellies full of yolk can be life threatening...



Yes some babies will absorb them just fine, but others will not...



I lost three baby boas in May that had the huge bellies...they were on a large hot spot, but I believe my mistake was not separating them from the rest of the group...I think the stress of the others mowing over them, did them in...



I would suggest keeping your baby in a small tub by himself, with a warm hot spot as Jeff suggests...
