Posted by: dragonvet at Thu Aug 28 21:16:49 2008 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by dragonvet ] thought i would just keep this thread going! today i have noticed another behavior that have never noticed in my male gtp. i wonder if u guys could tell me ehat he is doing?scince about noon he has been on the ground and in a strike position most of the time with his toung flicking, usually he is just sleeping all day long. it is lights out time and he is just staring at me flicking his toung a lot. i threw in a mouse a few hours ago and he seemed interested but did not strike! i could try a mouse again but i would rather give it to my little girl manokawari scince it is her food anyway. i do have f/t rat i could try feeding him tonight. it just seems he is in a feeding responce,or could it be he is getting ready wanting to breed? breeding time 4 gtps is usually this time o yr anyway right? sorry 4 all the q;s but i am hoping some one could shine some light my way. thanx [ Hide Replies ]
