This can only be aquired through the US Fish and Wildlife Service. It is a time consuming and lengthy process that normally takes at least two months. To ship that animal without the CITES documentation and get caught will get a Felony conviction and could also result in the loss of all your animals. Don't do it unless you follow the letter of the law. | ||
