The stacks are not so heavy because I used thin ceremic tiles. I use 11" flexwatt heat tape on the back wall of the rack. The temps are 81-82 on the floor and 88 or so on the top rack shelf. They are on the hot side obviously. The cool side is 72 degrees. These are 15 quart tubs and the bottom tile covers nearly the whole tub. They can still utilize all the floor space this way and can even go underneath the bottom tile because I sit them on a bed of aspen.
