If the shipper does not know their own rules, there are no rules. If I’m a reporter looking for a brand new angle to the national reptile story, this is it. My angle would be how hard it is for legitimate knowledgeable businessmen to follow the rules simply due to the sensationalism that has been focused on the legitimate reptile industry. You have people and businesses shipping weapons, chemicals, contraband, drugs, technology and many numbers of things that could be just as equally sensationalized and trumped up into a panic. It isn’t fair, and not even a major story, to single out people who like pets.
That says it all.
