>>>It is a yellow amelanistic Holbrooki that I got from Isis Reptiles. I plan on pairing her up with some wild collected Holbrooki from just north of here in Calhoun Co., TX....Todd (antelope) has a nice male for her this coming season...Their offspring will be nice yellow and black Speckled kings but will carry the yellow amel trait....
>actually nobody knows what "it" is other trueblue GETULA. its my understanding isis didnt produce that animal and just raised and then brokered it,(is that right?) cuz see theres a bit of a differance there... BIG differance actually... so why keep bringing who you got it from up? it has nothing to do with the actual lineage of said animal?!?!?
calling and marketing offspring from "it" as trueblue pure holbrooki without knowing the full lineage history is false and misleading. especially for the purist who want natural trueblue pure holbrooki, i suppose when/if you do get amels from it by todds speck that will make them locale specific holbrooki as well(and my education level is always brought up roflmao)...oh the humanity!
but i do agree its very pretty and more like it need to be made for the hobby. and i sincerely do wish you luck with all of your snakes and breedings.
getula do rule and after all, we are all getula heads here...aint we?
remember getula is getula is getula to me but im the minority with that thinking many want trueblue pure ssp.and worship taxonomy as a religion is it fair to them to propagate unknowns and pass them as pure? where is the line drawn? way i see it is you are either honest or your not in the representation of your animals its simple as that.
