I do just that kind of pairing too.

"Banana" females X a normal banded phase males. Both white and black and yellow /brown.

I get all kinds of looks and even some surprises..

















with a huge variance in the amounts of each color (and "muddiness" ) I've even had some display yellow and brown on their bodies and venter but have white labials.
