"Give me all of your prized brooksi females and let's breed them with a Pueblan, a Honduran, and an elephant trunk-nosed snake, then I'll give 'em back to you. Would you want that? I'd think not."

I would not care if someone bred Florida kings to hondurans or even a indigo to a eastern kingsnake. I worked with different hyrids in a past and think they are cool. I also had 300 rosy boas in my ollection at one time. Those are truly special "true" locality snakes and not just from a vast expansive area that some people refer to as locality. They are isolated in some rockpiles with nothing but desert all around. Kinda like island populations. Then recently i got some very cool (to me) L.A. County grease kings. Those are still found in a small lot in the middle of Los Angeles concrete jungle. So those are true locality as well. Too bad it won't be around much longer.

My point is i like all sorts of snakes. they are all cool for different reasons. What is sad is most of the people who think they have pureity in fact do not. But whatver makes one happy is what counts. Once you stick a snake in a rubber box and breed it all natural selection and purity is out the door anyway.

You jumped in to defend Senor Davis so hot damn quickly, and for what? You had nothing to do with it before, so what gives?

just bored i guess. As i already stated i have not been reading and posting on here as much and it is funny to see how many folks that get upset over the littlest things. That is why i said try a break. Bringing an old topic to the top just to bash someone is a sure sign that you need to sip some moonshine and go have sex with your wife.
