The snake (an amel corn snake) was in it the next day! also if all else fails you can try putting duct tape wadded up in the corners too. The duct tape trick worked for me once....I just placed long strips of duct tape sticky side up on the floor along the walls........And you can use real sticky tape and remove the snake with vegetable oil then clean off the oil with soapy water......
