I think the main reason they havent caught on as much as you would think is because of the GA wide bandeds that people like Will Still have. The fact is that many locales have the capability to produce such variable babies, but insular genetics concentrate and accentuate these anomalies. Add to that all the morphs available in other SSp. and you get fewer people working with them. Snake eating can be changed at birth, but I think you'll find that the guys who breed them generally are not much into problem feeders. I could be wrong.
