Terry Huering from Albama had the first amels pop out. he got the unkown hets from a guy who brought them in to a pert store mason jars. terry raised them up and popped out the foirst amel Rutheni. he sold them for a pretty penny soon after.

I don't recall the person who brought the unkown hets to terry but i think thy were wild collected or came from wild collected stock. i will email terry to get the full story to post here as i think the guys name who he bought them from was somone we all knew. What i am saying they probably are the locale you mentioned.
