I suspect they will NOT recognize the subspecies and just list B. constrictor. Some state laws that do not allow the possession of indigenous species only go to the species level. I believe Georgia is an example of this. Even though a honduran milksnake wouldnt occur in Georgia, Georgia law states you cant keep L. triangulum. The proof of subspeciation is probably too difficult to sort out, so they will probably just ban all of B. constrictor. [ Hide Replies ]
