This way she can have a 'hotspot', a dry regular spot (the drawer), a more humid regular spot (under the log on the coco fiber) and a cool moist spot (the humid hide tupperware-soon to be replaced with one of those exoterra rocks that are insulated to cool it further. I thought about putting the heat under the drawer to encourage her to use it, but she loves it anyways (she's there now) and she's already shown knowledge of the warmth under the bottom shelf. The rocks are tough to keep clean but conduct heat really well. I may switch them for sand in the future because is absorbs better. [ Hide Replies ]
