NC Herp Regulations?

Hey all. I will be moving to Aberdeen, NC in Moore County at the end of March. Could someone please direct me to a list of restricted wildlife for the state and or county?

I don't plan on bringing anything dangerous, just some Mex Black Kings, Cal Kings, Knobs, Brooks, Corns, triaspis, Black Rats, Western Hogs, and Sonoran Gophers andI want to make sure that I don't tread on any local regs.

Also, can anyone tell me about herping permits? Do I need a hunting or fishing license?

Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance for any and all info!
