It's just a CFL, no heat.Ultratherm underm a portion of the cork flat. Never used a CHE. Don't know much about them other than reading posts.safe to use in a Vision shroud? I'll PM you Mark for more. Always keep an eye out for your experiments LOl I use I small bowl of water in the hides with restricted airspace to elevate humidty withut wet. For me it's easier than moss, just careful with spills.
