She eats like a pig and I am hoping they will pass if she lays another clutch this year. I don't think anyone knows if this occurs in nature or not. Bill Love wrote in one of his books that He thinks it's because of a captive life many times. Since the snakes don't exercise enough and many times don't even struggle with their food when the are fed dead rodents. I have seen people make things worse over the years by trying to force the eggs out and even heard of one who died after taking the snake to the Vet and the Vet screwed it up. So the decision is yours, but I would just let her pass them on her own. Mine has gone a whole year and still thrives. If she doesn't pass them this year then I will be very worried. [ Hide Replies ]
