While I was on vacation I left my eastern king with someone else for a few months. He took good care of him but my snake had a bad shed and he did not know to remove the piece of skin stuck around the tail tip.

The tail tip appeared it had been constricted after I took of the piece. Later, it started bleeding mildly. Should I do anything about this, or just let the snake's body heal itself?
