last year, my male paired with my snow and she laid an entire clutch of slugs, This batch, with a smaller female, were smaller, and the penlight test revealed no veins. On top of that, it's been almost 10 weeks. I guess I was prepared for the worst. It sucks that she double clutched, and I did not fatten her up enough. The second clutch was tiny!

My snow paired again with this male, and the eggs are HUGE! At least double the size of the batch hatching out now. Can't wait to see what comes of them. I am re-energized,and enthusiastic!
