why did my snakes stop eating?

I have six thayeri two 09 females and four 10, two males two females. Recently one of my 09 females stopped eating and one of my 10 males. One 10 female is eating but not as well as she was. The other three seem uneffected. At first I thought it was a heating problem. Because I had other cages staked on top of the others, thought the cages were getting too hot from the pads. But now I've corrected that and still not eating. Both act hungry but won't take the food. The only thing I can think of is I did change suppliers of my mice recently. Could this be the problem? I did however manage to get them to take one meal of live, but still they didn't eat like they used to.
