If it is practical maybe order a small order of mice from the old supplier, to at least rule out the change in suppliers of your mice. This may sound silly, but if the snakes liked the old supplier's mice better, you could maybe scent the new mice with the old ones. Otherwise just feed live so at least they are eating something.
