This post addresses an important issue. If we were all in the same room together face to face would we be as prone to argument and even rudeness as we sometimes are on the Internet.



No we would not.



The internet is much like drinking alcohol for some people. They grow a spine and act and do things they never would do in person. Basically they get some balls. But when sober (withoiut the internet) they are spineless and shrink away from any real life discussion. Posting on the internet forums takes away the humansness of real life. Personality types, they way we interact, and the way we post come out different the way it would in real life.
