The top one looks like Goini X Brooksi... I breed those myself. Definitely cannot be a Hypo Brooks. Seeing it is a most likely a cross even the Hypo part could not be certain if Goini is in the mix... that cross yields extreme versions that make it hard to pin down the Hypo part...

I do love that snake though...however when you breed them you are most likely to get snakes more resembling Brooksi... even that is a guess
