That one had a crease from early on and it just made me nervous about if the baby would be able to cut thru, since id dried kinda like a hard edge. I took a razor and just removed enough so that I feel comfortable that the snake can escape. I looked in there and saw egg yolk, but I didn't cut any veins so I think he's fine. There' is a second pipper since then, but neither is wanting to explore the world yet.
