To answer Bob and Dave's questions, the first pip was at day 72. Number 10 came out last night, day 74. I went ahead and cut small slits in the 3 remaining eggs this morning.
As far as feeding goes I will start by offering f/t pinkies after they shed. I have several breeder mice, so there will be litters coming along if I need to try offering live pinkies. I have a few frozen anoles that I can use for scenting if needed.
I also know a guy in Florida, Manny Hernandez, that I can get more anoles from if I need to.
I will be referring to the article on the alterna page "Feeding Picky Hatchling Alterna".
And then, in about six weeks, if all goes well clutch number two will hatch!
