However, certain laws can apply to any animal kept in poor conditions due to having too many. I saw a guy in San Francisco was forced to remove nearly all of his snakes. He didn't get in major trouble, but he did have to remove the snakes except for the allowed minimum for that area. In his case there were many complaints from others which prompted the enforcement of whatever law they enforced. | ||
