I saw all those mislabeled snakes too, and pointed out some to a VERY well-known to many vender/field herper as well that I saw on his table. He had no idea they were not what they were labeled as until I pointed out some of the very bogus characteristics that were very out-of place for what it was "supposed" to be...LOL! I showed him each little individual detail that told me it was definitely NOT what it was supposed to be. I said, "this looks like something that "so-and-so" would produce". He immediately started cracking up and said..."holy crap!,..I can't believe this!, that is EXACTLY who I got these snakes from!!!"..LOL!. I sort of doubt he ever re-labeled them what they really were either, and I know he was a bit embarrassed that I pointed this out to him being that he is such a well-known name in this hobby. But this is how it goes now days. It pays to really know what certain subspecies and different traits are supposed to look like is all I can say..LOL! | ||
