When they brumate they don't use much resources so should be okay. I think that would be better than keeping them warm all winter and keeping their metabolism revved up. I may wait until November, though. Have to see how how soon and cold it gets this year. This is all predicated upon what sort of feeding activity they do between then and now.

Rubber boas are actually pretty cool.
