Too right.
Even with things like balls, too big isn't an issue--inappropriate is. Give them hides--lots of hides. I mean, they don't need a monster cage but some space is good.

For instance, I'm planning on 4x2s for my florida kings. That should be very sufficient--but I'm also sure that they'd use a whole room sized cage, they're active snakes. I may put them in a 6x3 if I wind up with extra cause they're freaking fun
