hahahaha
well, when i was in pre-k, i took all my paint colors and mixed em up and i got this nasty purplish brown mess. it was only interesting in that i eventually learned it wasn't good for much and no one appreciated my mess except for me. what can i say, at least my kids are better artists than me.
i guess it would be interesting to see if they really are different genes or the same thing. will f1 generation hatchlings be true double hets and will they display any red or yellow? will there be axanthics/anery's in the f1? if the f1's are true double hets, how will you distinguish the double homozygot in f2? will it be a "super" ? you could strive towards a totally black patternless floridana , then cross it back into albinos, hypos or pb's that lack black and hope for something truly spectacular. i think it would take several pairs and several generations to figure it out. so i guess there is some hope for the project. too bad someone didn't do this back around 2001-2004, it would've saved a lot of arguing on this forum, hahahaha.
btw i did try lav x hypo many moons before it did appear. i got repeated duds/deformities and stopped trying. so sometimes these things are attempted but don't make it to daylight.
have a good day,
