Bill Love did quite a bit of inbreeding to get the Bloodred Corns, and they had lot's of problems associated with them, that even he admitted was from inbreeeding. He later outcrossed the bloodlibes, and many of the issues were corrected. They were very finicky eaters, with poor weight and many had very poor fertility issues. I had once heard they were sterile, but obviously that was not true. However thy did have poor fertility with hatchlings that were problematic. You can only in breed for so long, before un wanted traits start popping up. That's with any animal, and humans too, lol. ----- King Snakes! Who can make a better mouse trap?
