I made this juvenile rack for under 100 bucks. It has worked awesome and I used standard melamine shelving to make it. (17 inch wide) I built two ten tub racks that screw together to make one twenty tub rack and used dimmers for heat control. 11 inch wide flexwatt on the back with peg board to disperse heat. Very simple and took about two hours to build including wiring the heat and dimmers. I used very thin cardboard as spacers so the tubs are pretty tight----no snake can get out of these.
