Yeah, there are alot of fragile high elevation snakes but mex mex are really hardy. I have noticed that they are a bit more prone to getting stuck sheds than other mexicana but they seem to not be affected much at all by it. They also seem to have a stockier build than other mexicana. Ruthven's are another hardy montane snake.
