>>I have to agree John! I have a female Grayband that I would have bet my life was a male. I probed her and the probe sunk in deep!!!! I didn't count the scales but it was DEEP! Brandon re-assured me that she was a she, and that he got eggs from her last year. I am also pterry sure she is gravid. This really makes me very cautios from now on. Even probing is not 100%! It's the best we have, but still not 100%. Now if you can pop a snake and see it's hemi's then, that is pretty obvious, but if no hemi's pop out, there is still a doubt.
Yea...I have a male leonis that was sold to me as a female. I probed "her" and she probed 3 scales....All of my other male leonis probe around 7 scales or so....So I named her Annie.
After putting Annie in with a male I had to separate them because the male attacked "her".....I put "her" in with a female and Annie was renamed Andy.....LOL ----- John Lassiter
Poor planning and procrastination on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part...
