I actually keep mine, a little warmer than my pyros. I like them best because most babies will take F/T right away. They get a little bigger too. The 2001 male I have is pushing 5 foot and eats retired breeder mice or small rats. In 2010 my 2001 female laid a clutch of 12 and then laid a second clutch of 8. Here's the Candy Cane I got from Shannon.
