First clutch is from Dotz/Mazar; top middle of photo, eight perfect eggs laid May 7.

Second clutch is from Zunchara/Mazar; far left in photo, laid May 24, 10 perfect and one infertile since removed.

Third clutch is Zafina/Zane; laid May 26, 7 but only two look to be any good. I suspect the male as the other two females had better results with my other male. I check daily to detect that faint bad smell of bad eggs. Today everything smelled fine. Zafina's last two eggs do look pretty poor compared to the other two clutches. I think next year I wont bother with breeding her, or the male Zane, as they are not priority in my plans, anyway. Zafina/Zane mated later than the other two pairings, so I think maybe the male lost his potency due to getting too warm? Like, he spent too much time on the UTH before mating? The other male Mazar mated straight out of brumation, with high fertility.

The one clutch I am most interested in is the big 10 egg affair from my prettiest female Zunchara. This is her first clutch. Her sister Dotz produced her first clutch last year, same male.
